Does an ear infection always require treatment or will it go away on its own?

I was eating dinner last night and I think I inhaled some food in my lungs.... I have the sensation that there is food stuck in my lungs or throat and that I just want to cough it up. However, my body is not making me cough. So I am not coughing naturally, only forcing myself to cough because I just want this food to come up, if that is what is down there. Should I seek medical help and get a chest x-ray?

I had my bottom wisdon teeth removed 2 years ago and my doctor said i will need my top done as well i recently have had problem coughing and with a sore throat today i realized i had white bumps on the back of my tongue could this be related?

Started having buzzing and ringing in my ears, mainly the right ear. Was told there wasn't much any doctor could do. Is this right? This came out of no where. Am I going to be deaf.

hi, my doctor is considering letting me have surgery for my overactive salivary glands(it only produces occasional bursts of choking saliva rather than constantly producing too much saliva)i.e it does not produce constant amounts of excess saliva instead it produces occasional bursts of choking saliva. However i have a question: If someone had surgery to the saliva glands(relocation of one of the types of saliva glands) and the person was suffering from not so much overactive saliva but they were suffering occasional bursts of choking saliva instead, would surgery cure the problem? There are 3 types of saliva glandS and the surgery would only be to one type. problem: wouldn't the other 2 types of saliva glands unaffected by surgery still produce bursts of choking saliva?? since the doctor could never be sure which salivary gland type out of the 3 types it was in the first place creating the problem. would surgery fix bursts of saliva?/the problem
