Q: My son is having a Paracentisis done on 1/4/10. He had to stop taking his coumadin and aspirin for this procedure on 12/31/09. Today when he got up he went to the bathroom and had blood in his urine. Should we be concerned or is this normal. Please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you very much. Lisa Lisa, IPAVA
A: No....you should definitely be concerned. Blood in the urine is never normal.
